Ah yes, the infamous Hotel Viking. Next time we’re definitely going with the exclusive rental. Our last wedding was in the non-exclusive rental area and all the seats were already taken by squatters before the reception started….and then they ate all our food! Total bullshit!

Attached are the contract and credit card authorization for your review and signature. Please sign/initial the highlighted areas and return to me at your earliest convenience. I think I covered everything except the brunch, which can be added at any time. We typically charge $500 for a non-exclusive rental, meaning that you and your guests would have a private area, but it would still be open to the public. If you prefer an exclusive rental (closed to the public) the rental is $1,000.
