This one’s hilarious. Got about a dozen of these last night. Twitter is a third party remotely hosted platform. Even if someone was trying to steal your password (which doesn’t even make sense) the solution would be on their end not yours. Installing a “security module” on your computer would make about as much sense as installing a deadbolt on your front door because the bank told you someone tried to break into their vault last night. Where does the link ultimately take me to? A virus? A phishing scheme? Does it matter? I don’t care I just know it’s going to be bad.
