This one’s pretty harmless. The attached HTML file just takes you to a Viagra site. Still, one has to wonder. The reason these spammers send these out is because it works. This means that some guys will click on the file thinking this is an official update from Microsoft. When they get redirected to a Viagra site and realize they’ve been tricked, they’ll go “hey, this company just tried to trick me but since I’m here I might as well drop a hundred bucks on erectile dysfunction medication.” You must be full retard to buy from someone that just made it clear they are criminals.

Spammers are very sad bastards, who need to go out and do an honest days work & find a life!
It started about 2 weeks ago. I get about 1 of these spam messages about every 20 to 35 minutes around the clock. When I arrive in the morning my inbox is full of them. They are all coming from India.
Anyone know if there is a SpamAssassin definition floating around?

Yes. I have the same problem. My Thunderbird is having a difficult time training itself to identify this one. Keeps slipping through.
We had a ton of customers with similar spam messages. Outlook’s junk folder is useless. We adopted Postini which was acquired by Google recently and saw most of the spam stopped but never all. Man, what a nuisance. Wasn’t technology suppose to make things easier?
