I received the same email but instead of $400 it was $300. I provided legit contact information thinking that this really was a mystery shopper request form but I received a second email to verify my contact information again and in the second email I replied by sending a different address. That following day I received a welcoming email that also included my first assignment. I was surprised that I had not received an email that would verify my two address that I had given. The email that included my first assignment was very detailed. It described exactly what I needed to do and even included the package tracking number that the 2 checks would be send into. Who, in their right mind would send out $1740 in 2 written checks to a total stranger that they hired over the internet? Well besides millionaires! Haa haa lol

Funny. Thanks for the post. I always wondered what the next step in the scam was.

Another one. What can we do? Everyone accept the job offer and let the scammers go broke paying the postage, tracking and counterfeiting fees. If we all did this and sent NO money, they would go broke rather quickly- wouldn’t they?
