Here’s the deal. I really do own grabtabs.net and would be interested in buying the dot com version. I received a series of these TRADERDOMAINS.NET emails over a period of a month. So I clicked on the last email out of curiosity. Was going to buy, but something didn’t seem right. So I logged into my Godaddy account and searched for the domain. It was available so I bought it for $7.50. Seems this company never purchased the domain at all. They have bots that just send out millions of these notices. You “buy” the domain from them and then once they have your money they go and buy the domain and sell it to you and pocket the difference. Total scam. What makes this seem legit at first is that I get offers from domain resellers all the time and have actually purchased legitimate domain names from them. However, when you look up the domain whois info the truly legitimate reseller will also be listed as the owner.
